OUR STORY
The Church of Inspirational Christian Evangelicals was founded in 1987 when Pastor Robert, then a young man of 24 with a fire in his belly and a grievance in his heart, felt called by God to start a church that would finally say the quiet parts out loud.
What began as a Bible study in Pastor Robert's garage (capacity: 8 people and a lawnmower) has grown into a thriving congregation of over 200 Right-thinking families right here in South Louisiana β God's own country.
We are non-denominational, which means we have taken the best parts of every denomination (the judgment, the exclusivity, and the potluck dinners) and left the rest behind.

π WHAT WE BELIEVE
MEET PASTOR ROBERT
Pastor Robert has been preaching the Right Word of God for over 25 years. He attended the Southeastern Bible College of Greater Louisiana where he graduated with a Pastoral Ministry degree and a firm conviction that he was correct about most things.
He is the host of Faith Over Facts, airing every Sunday morning on AM 1640, where he covers topics including: why science is optional for Christians, how to identify socialism in your child's lunchbox, and which Bible verses are relevant to local zoning ordinances.
His debut book, "Jesus Says Love!", is a children's guide to correct Christian values and is available now. Click here to order.
Pastor Robert lives in a gated community with his wife Debbie and their three God-fearing dog babies: Patriot, Liberty, and Freedom. He enjoys fly fishing, grilling burgers, and reminding everyone that freedom isn't free.
MEET DEBBIE
Debbie Johnson has served as Church Administrator, event coordinator, bulletin designer, snack provider, and "the one who actually makes things happen around here" for the past 22 years. She also designed this website, which she is very proud of.
Debbie is the illustrator of "Jesus Says Love!" and her warm, cheerful artwork brings Pastor Robert's important messages to life in a way that children (and easily-influenced adults) can understand.
She coordinates all church events, manages the Prayer Binder, and handles correspondence for Pastor Robert, who admits he is "not really an email person."
Debbie's love language is Acts of Service, and the Lord is still working on Pastor Robert's.
π CHURCH MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
